Organizational culture is fundamental for promoting knowledge sharing and establishing safe environments within organizations. In this direction, the present study aims to analyze the evolution of the interrelationships between knowledge sharing, psychological safety, and organizational culture through a systematic literature review. Using the defined methodological procedures, 218 articles published between 2022 and 2024 (two years) were identified in the Scopus and Web of Science databases, representing a 17% increase compared to the previous review, which accounted for 185 studies between 2013 and 2021 (eight years). The research highlights psychological safety as an essential pillar for fostering innovation, emphasizing the importance of an organizational culture that promotes continuous learning and mutual support with safety. The results reveal that practices of transparency and inclusion not only improve psychological safety but also create an environment conducive to collaboration and organizational adaptability. This study not only contributes to the understanding of the dynamics at play but also suggests future directions for research and managerial practices that can enhance organizational effectiveness and innovation.
