Abstract

The high impact of business innovation has instigated companies to make use of the benefits proposed by Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The process of deploying these softwares in companies has been challenging, exceeding planned schedules and costs. This paper aims to classify the critical success factors in ERP implementation that are most cited in the literature. The methodological approach is the systematic literature review. The bibliographic research was carried out through the Scopus, Emerald and IEEE databases, and was limited to articles published after the year 2000. The research identified that the support of top management, a competent project team, the management of cultural and organizational changes and training user are preponderant factors that can ensure the success of an ERP deployment.
