THE BUSINESS PLAN AS INNOVATIVE AND ENTREPRENEUR PROPOSAL IN THE TECHNICAL COURSE IN MANAGEMENT OF IFES CAMPUS BARRA DE SAO FRANCISCO

The professional technical education of a student should be focused on the labor market. Thus, adopting an alignment between management theory and practice, this study related a classroom experience of entrepreneurship and innovation, integrating a Business Plan subject with other subjects of the Ifes Campus Barra de São Francisco technical course in Administration. There were 82 business plans submitted by 249 students of the course. The methodology used was the access to the database of the education coordinator, verifying and analyzing the plans delivered and the main sciences involved in the joint elaboration of the Business Plan. The integration between the disciplines resulted in an innovative and entrepreneurial dynamic suitable for practicing the profession of the technical course in administration in a market lacking qualified and multifunctional professionals.
