Abstract

Improvement tools linked to knowledge management are essential pieces to help organizations that constantly seek to enhance their processes. However, they are still used superficially by organizations, retaining their potential for innovation in processes. The present article aims to suggest the use of the CommonKADS Organization Model methodology, based on the Lean Six Sigma methodology, in order to obtain greater efficiency in the processes of improvement and management of organizational knowledge. The methodology used was the bibliographic study, and a bibliographical research was executed to relate the Lean Six Sigma method to CommonKADS from the view of the Organization Model. The result achieved was the identification of a conceptual analysis that points out the main benefits and possible advantages in its use.
