Abstract

Following the study of the application Arts and Culture user evaluations and testimonials, we consider in this article, degrees and other aspects of immersion for the experience in online visitation to virtual art museums. The data we collected from Google Art Project digital platform, which makes it on the mediator system, including user assessment and testimonial records. This research is descriptive and mainly qualitative and we can emphasize as documentary research as the main step of the study, when consulting the users' records. The negative outturn for the experience and mediator system due to technological problems and the difficulties of accessing online. In contrast, the acknowledgments and the records of emotional involvement are highlights of the immersive and successful digital experiences.
