Resumen

Defining the competencies needed for future occupations and roles within organizations increasingly relies on anticipating the evolving social, economic, technological, and political landscapes in which these entities will function. As a result, gathering insights from science, technology, sociology, and politics experts is crucial. Additionally, examining academic publications, journals, and other relevant documents related to technology and sociology plays a central role in this process.

The research question focuses on the effectiveness of text analytics and topic analysis methodologies as tools for reskilling and upskilling. The study aims to identify and evaluate the necessary data and methodological requirements for monitoring skills within current organizations and predicting future skill needs.

To achieve this, the research will apply text analytics, especially topic analysis, to texts obtained from interviews during the monitoring of existing organizations and from the analysis of technical and scientific documents. This dual approach aims to help predict and specify the skills required for future organizational structures.

The primary anticipated outcome is to provide empirical evidence that demonstrates the effectiveness of topic analysis and related text analytics methodologies as tools for evaluating and predicting skills.
