Abstract

In the context of the knowledge society, organizations need to develop dynamic capacities to adapt to transformations. Therefore, it is necessary to manage, govern and institutionalize an internal and external culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing to create knowledge and innovation. In this context, the article aims to identify the perspectives for analyzing the interrelationship of the term’s knowledge governance and collaboration. The research is classified as qualitative, theoretical, with an exploratory and descriptive objective, using a systematic literature review and thematic analysis. It was possible to identify four perspectives that are related to the researched terms. From the analysis, it is concluded that knowledge governance is a governance model that supports the sharing of knowledge for organizations pursuing innovation.
