Abstract

For the development of this study, we sought to identify the impacts of leaders on the organizational climate. The method used was an integrative literature review, carried out in August 2021, through the Scielo, Scopus, and Web Of Science databases, using the search string: leader* AND organizational climate. The search resulted in 40 articles analyzed, which fit within the established criteria. The discussion was divided into 4 topics: Influence of leadership on the organizational climate; Socio-emotional skills; Knowledge management; and People management, leadership, and organizational climate. Throughout the discussion, it was possible to identify some impacts of leadership on the positive organizational climate and establish a reflection on the theme.
