ABORDAGEM SISTÊMICA DA GESTÃO DE DESIGN COM FOCO NO DESIGN DE SERVIÇOS: UMA REVISÃO BIBLIOGRÁFICA
Abstract
O objetivo deste estudo foi examinar os padrões de publicação de literatura acadêmica a partir da relação da abordagem sistêmica e da gestão de design com foco no design de serviço. A metodologia consistiu em artigos científicos indexados em duas bases de dados: Scopus e Web of Science. Os termos de pesquisa primárias vieram do tema deste estudo e se juntaram aos termos de pesquisa no nível secundário, usando o operador booleano: AND. As palavras-chave de nível secundário foram originadas a partir da revisão da literatura e do processo de pesquisa. Essa abordagem, sobre o viés do design de serviços, ainda é algo recente na parte acadêmica. Os resultados foram armazenados em um gerenciador bibliográfico com base em artigos publicados sobre o tema. Ao final, foram recuperados 169 artigos e, por fim, se chegou a um portfólio bibliográfico de 10 estudo, confirmando que o design de serviço é um tema que demanda ser estudado em maior abrangência e aprofundamento.

With this assignment and transfer of the patrimonial rights referring to the author's right, the International Congress of Knowledge and Innovation - ciKi and its successors are free of any copyright payment to the AUTHOR or to their heirs or successors.
The AUTHOR further declares that the International Congress of Knowledge and Innovation - ciKi is fully authorized to use this article, in whole or in part, edited or complete, in Portuguese and in all other languages, in print, in Electronic means, internet, for commercial purposes or not, including distributing, adapting, creating derivative works, assigning rights to third parties in Brazil and / or abroad, including but not limited to: teaching, study and research; publication and dissemination; quote; use in general telecommunication means; audiovisual use in general, including all existing or future digital technologies, capable of storing and reproducing data.
