Abstract

Knowledge management (KM) generates a higher level of knowledge worker satisfaction (KWS) through the implementation of motivational factors, improving organizational performance. Despite the presence of studies on job satisfaction in the context of higher education institutions (HEI), few studies relate KWS and KM processes. Therefore, this article, through a literature review, investigates the relationship between the CG processes and KWS in the context of HEIs. The results of this research can serve as a path for the development of models that contribute to making HEIs more entrepreneurial and innovative. The publications allowed us to verify that these themes are still unrelated, making them a challenging field for future studies.
