Abstract

Currently, a lot has been studied about innovation in the literature. However, few studies indicate the creative strategies used in the innovation process in an increasingly globalized world with new media. The general objective of this article is to identify such strategies in the innovation process. In the discussion, creativity techniques that act as facilitators of creative processes and strategies, as well as Design Thinking, are highlighted. The methodology is bibliographic research with a Case Study strategy. The object of study is the La casa de papel. Thus, the article aims to identify and explain creative strategies that led the actor to have them to innovate in his plan. And how this contributes to organizations using creative solutions for innovation. Finally, an infographic is presented with the creative strategies in the series' open innovation process.

Francisco Antonio Pereira , Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina

Electronics Engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and Psychologist from the Federal University of Santa Catarina. Master in Production Engineering, Ergonomics, from the Federal University of Santa Catarina and Doctor in Production Engineering, Knowledge Engineering, from the Federal University of Santa Catarina. He is currently a full professor at the Federal University of Santa Catarina. He has experience in the field of Knowledge Engineering and Management, working mainly on the following topics: knowledge engineering, knowledge media, eco-ergonomy, knowledge management and cognitive ergonomics. Leader of the Center for Studies and Developments in Knowledge and Awareness – NEDECC. Leader of the Complexity and Cognition Research Center – NUCOG.
