Abstract

Knowledge Management (KM) consists in estimulating new ideas, sharing, implementing and storing the knowledge in the institution. The concept of KM is still pretty new, however, it is required for a better and more consistent development of the industry. Using a method that Asian Productivity Organization (APO) has developed, this study analyzed the maturity level of a food agroindustry of whole grape juice, in a state of Brazil, called Paraná. With the gathered results, we conclude that this factory is in the level of Initiation. Going from that, we indicated the strong points and suggestions to improve the weaknesses of the industry
