Abstract

The new challenges arising from the 2020 pandemic have led to the incorporation of new teaching strategies in the classroom, one of which is gamification, which through the use of technology allows it to serve as support for the teaching process, particularly of the new university because the graduates of this academic level are future professionals, hence the importance of focusing on institutions of this type, this work presents the experience of a case study of a Mexican university where the Classcraft platform was used to evaluate a thematic unit of the subject of probability and statistics of an experimental group that reflects the experience of the students with the platform.
