Abstract

The general objective of this research is to plan the training processes for new employees and continuing education for current employees, so that they can take ownership of the organization's tools and processes. The research is applied in nature with a qualitative approach through descriptive research on a StartUp from Maringa. The analysis of the StartUp training process shows that it requires a lot of time from its directors, as they must be present in the training. In addition, trainers must explain about StartUp, its processes and tools, requiring everyone to be synchronous during the process. Finally, it is found that employees do not receive continuous training on tools and/or processes after the training period. A model for training and continuous training is proposed to solve these difficulties
