Abstract

This article is framed at this moment, in which there is a significant increase in women in leadership positions in decision making, which has given rise to academic studies in various areas of knowledge, of a philosophical, anthropological, sociological nature and, above all, interdisciplinary, with the objective of highlighting the characteristics, in the way of leading, among the different sexes, an interpretive investigation was to show the advance of the female leader, its characteristics and performance in public organizations. To achieve success, an integrative literature review was carried out, which seeks to highlight the experiences and experiences of women in the organizational culture in different countries. As a conclusion, according to the analyzed literature, there are differences in the way of leading, among men and women, on the part of women, a greater transparency in their management results.
