Abstract

This article aims to evaluate the use of the systemic view by researchers of organizational identity management, building a theoretical basis on the topic from the joint approach of the themes. It is an integrative review on the subject in reference databases in the area of Applied Social Sciences. As a result, it became evident that the systemic view is essential in the study of the processes involved in the management of organizational identity, with communication being a fundamental part in the setting of the corporate mission and vision. With the complexity of the relationships between organizations and people, it is concluded that the constitution of the organization is made in a process of co-creation and sharing, being important to understand its dynamics, stabilities and instabilities.
