Abstract

Organizational challenges are increasingly complex and impact the relationship between leaders and how they manage their subordinates, perform their roles, and develop resilience in the face of adversities within the organizational context. To understand the relationship between leadership and resilience in the organizational context, this study aims to analyze the connection between the most recent leadership styles and organizational resilience through an integrative review. The results revealed that leadership profiles have significant associations with resilience in the vast majority of organizational contexts. The limitations only reflect the researchers' perspectives but open up opportunities for new studies due to the evolving dynamics of the 'new normal' post-COVID-19 pandemic for all types of leadership in organizational management.
