APPLICATION OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT TOOLS IN A SOFTWARE HOUSE

Technological advances demands from companies a continuous improvement in their processes and strategies in order to become increasingly more competitive, with the use of their intellectual capital becoming the everyday essential focus. In this scenario, this research applies Knowledge Management tools to assist a Software House to make explicit its tacit knowledge in one and contributing to its implementation within the company. Therefore, it performs an Integrative Review to select the tools, which were applied in the case study, bringing several improvements to the company. Especially a greater fluidity of how sharing this knowledge, the organization of processes for this and an increase in the performance from collaborators. However, is worth to note the improvement of the organizational environment and the increasing engagement of employees in the company's activities above all.

With this assignment and transfer of the patrimonial rights referring to the author's right, the International Congress of Knowledge and Innovation - ciKi and its successors are free of any copyright payment to the AUTHOR or to their heirs or successors.
The AUTHOR further declares that the International Congress of Knowledge and Innovation - ciKi is fully authorized to use this article, in whole or in part, edited or complete, in Portuguese and in all other languages, in print, in Electronic means, internet, for commercial purposes or not, including distributing, adapting, creating derivative works, assigning rights to third parties in Brazil and / or abroad, including but not limited to: teaching, study and research; publication and dissemination; quote; use in general telecommunication means; audiovisual use in general, including all existing or future digital technologies, capable of storing and reproducing data.
