Abstract

The implementation of the Internet of Things (IoT) in cheese production processes aims to improve the quality and standardization of the final product. By monitoring critical points such as temperature and pH in real-time, IoT technology allows for precise adjustments during production, reducing waste and ensuring consistency. This study evaluates the effectiveness of IoT in controlling these parameters, focusing on the production of colonial and prato cheese. The results demonstrate significant improvements in product quality and production efficiency.
