Abstract

Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) are the result of the autonomous arrangement of society and require strategic planning and digital transformation to achieve financial sustainability and fulfill their social mission. In this context, social laboratories, viewed from a media and mediation perspective, the media labs, emerge. These structures have proven to be a key factor in developing a culture of innovation, playing a fundamental role in the management processes of CSOs. Aiming to provide greater familiarity with the topic of media knowledge in the Third Sector, this article summarizes the author’s dissertation main result.
