Abstract

There are disruptive technological-digital transformations resulting from the potentialities and uses of artificial intelligence (AI). Additionally, there are serious sociocultural, moral, legal, and politico-economic implications affecting people. This is because, with the use of AI, imaginary (false) messages can be perceived as realistic to human senses. Currently, these fanciful representations with realistic images, sounds, and vocalizations are known as deepfakes. In turn, the popularization of access to digital resources with AI has also resulted in the loss of exclusivity for professionals working with audiovisual media. Given the above, this article presents partial results of a qualitative and exploratory-descriptive research on AI digital platforms with online resources for audiovisual production.
