INTENÇÕES DE SAIR E DE PERMANECER DE PROFISSIONAIS EM ORGANIZAÇÕES DE TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO E COMUNICAÇÃO DO SUL CATARINENSE

The aim of this article is to analyze the professionals' intention to leave and to remain in Information and Communication Technology Companies (ICT), in the south of Santa Catarina State, Brazil. We conducted an exploratory bibliographic search to investigate the main definitions and questionnaires already validated. This study is part of a broader survey, which is conducted throughout the State of Santa Catarina. We highlight some results, there is low intention to leave the organization (2.62). However, the intention to remain (2,81) is not high, demonstrating that ICT professionals are confused with their career choices. Regarding to Job Satisfaction, the greatest results are satisfaction with the boss (3.97) and colleagues (3.41), indicating that interpersonal and social relations are relevant.
