ANALYSIS OF THE COHERENCE OF THE PUBLIC POLICIES OF A FOUNDATION OF AMPARO TO RESEARCH IN RELATION TO THE DEMANDS OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND INFORMATION ACTORS

The Foundation for Research Support (FAPs) has a mission to promote actions that aim to develop the State System of Science, Technology and Innovation (SECTI) of a Brazilian state. To carry out such mission, these FAPs hold events, every two years, in order to collect perceptions and demands from SECTI stakeholders. In this study, we investigated the results concerning one of those events, the II Stage of the V State Conference on Science, Technology and Innovation (V CECTI), which was carried out by the FAP of Santa Catarina, Fapesc. We mapped the demands by CTI Actors, and analyzed the adherence of the programs implemented by such FAP. Based on the Knowledge Engineering methods and techniques, we represented a coherence between two aspects: (i) the context of the Fapesc programs, in relation to (ii) the context of the demands of the V CECTI. The results obtained may supportthe knowledge management, applied to the public policies of Santa Catarina.
