RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL RESILIENCE AND RISKS RELATED TO KNOWLEDGE: AN INTEGRATING REVIEW

Given the relevance and necessity of studies in the area of organizational resilience, this paper aims to understand how the relationships that have been worked in the literature regarding the concept of organizational resilience and the risks related to knowledge management through the analysis of its units of analysis and contexts of application. An integrative review of the organizational resilience field literature was carried out. After reading these works, two analyzes were carried out: (I) identification of the main units of analysis and application contexts; (II) analysis of the relationships identified in the works mapped in the review. A total of 61 papers, written by 198 authors, were identified in 65 indexed journals. The analysis of these publications allowed us to understand the panorama of the concept of organizational resilience from the main analysis units, application contexts and risk factors related to organizational knowledge management. This analysis allows the identified relationships to be studied and deepened, both theoretically and practically, in order to broaden the understanding of organizational resilience and its results related to knowledge management.
