Abstract

The entrepreneurship has been earning space as an option to promote development, bringing through the lines the promotion of innovation and growth. In the area of social entrepreneurship, the entrepreneur needs well-developed skills to conduct their organization. In this context, this article sought to identify, through an integrative literature review, the entrepreneurial skills identified as necessary for social entrepreneurs. The results show that the competencies that appear the most are creativity, innovation and leadership related to the need of mobilizing people. Social entrepreneurs differ from commercial entrepreneurs, but both use similar skills such as discipline, innovation and risk-taking ability. Finally, it is understood that further studies on Social Entrepreneurship are still needed.
