Abstract

Governance in educational institutions received significant improvements. Considering the knowledge management view, it can represent an excellent tool for organizational culture and knowledge. Another main issue nowadays refers to the process of Internationalization of Higher Education. Consultants and experts in this area can shorten and enhance this process. Emerge the research question: What should be verified when establishing a governance structure turned to the Internationalization process? This study using a bibliographic research appreciates several models of Governance always considering the cycle of Knowledge Management. As an outcome suggest a checklist that allows the diagnosis and constant evaluation of the structure of University Governance focused on the challenge of internationalization.
