Abstract

Knowledge Management is increasingly used in the corporate environment and there are models that aim to measure the degree of maturity of organizations.
This research aims to analyze bibliometrically the studies about the maturity of KM in the public sector. For this, a systematic literature search was carried out, consulting the international databases Scopus and Web of Science. From the publications that were in line with the context and that have undergone the application of CASP, it has been verified that they address the challenges for the implementation of Knowledge Management in the organizations, model of KM, and also a model of maturity in KM applicable in organizations of the Public sector. It is concluded that there are few studies of maturity in Knowledge Management in the public area, but that despite a few studies there is already the concern in developing models applicable to this sector.
