Abstract

This article aims to demonstrate how Digital Transformation (DT) can help an organization in its Recruitment and Selection (RS) process. The study has a qualitative approach, from which a case study was carried out to validate the theory. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with four people linked to RS, in order to follow the DT process and its benefits after implementation. As a result of this study, it was identified that DT brought several improvements, being possible to emphasize the analysis of profiles and resumé through Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation and creation of mass emails, curriculum database, and indicators that help the decision making of the organization. This action was essential for the organization to focus its attention on other processes and to continue its transformation journey.
