O USER JOURNEY USE IN WORK SAFETY ENGINEERING

This article is intended to address the difficulties encountered in raising awareness of the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), using the approach of Design Thinking. It was the method of research, survey, with the purpose of analyzing the values of the level of agreement. Through case study, left a review composed of materials applied in the area investigated. Although the levels of agreement have been positive, this can result is directly linked to company size and consequently, the obligation imposed by the same. In addition, the user journey map constructed from these results show the importance of information on the use of PPE, and conclude that, understand the worker is the first step to minimizing the problem.
