Abstract

This research aimed to identify and characterize the use of Agile Project Management base on organizational culture analysis. It began with an analysis of the main articles to point out the best practices. In the second part, a case study was performed to analyze the processes through the application of Design Thinking in a Company of excellennce in software development. The result was the identification of 20 cultural challenges that impacted the use of the agile approach in projects. They can be used for the elaboration of research instruments contributing to the performance of Agile Project Management can be verified scientifcally taking into account the challenges of organizational culture.
