THE CONTRIBUTION OF INNOVATION TO THE FINANCIAL MARKET
A THEORETICAL STUDY ON THE PERFORMANCE OF FINTECHS IN THE BANKING BRANCH.

This article aims to investigate which Fintechs contributions to the financial market, from the perspective of innovation. The study has a review literature review approach, which was conducted an exploratory research. Were collected articles to support the authors, followed by an analysis and selection criteria, which were identified the articles that contributed to the proposed of study. As a result of this study, it was identified that after the 2008 financial crisis, FinTech has brought innovations into the financial market. The impacts of these innovations and technologies introduced by Fintechs can be realized by customers and banks. The banks to survivor the market competition needs redesigning their business models and creating innovative services ecosystem.
