Abstract

This paper aims to identify how the concept of Citizen Relationship Management - CiRM - (Citizen Relationship Management) relates to the systemic view. After conceptualizing Customer Relationship Management, which generate CiRM, and conceptualizing systemic view, a systematic review of the literature was made. As results, this study evidences new possibilities of interaction between the State and society, capable of significantly expand existing relationships, including social innovation.
