Resumen

The ability of organizations to adapt to market changes requires continuous improvement of business processes. The restructuring of management models by BPM (Business Process Management), using knowledge management guidelines, has repercussions for Service Oriented Architeture (SOA) solutions that are better integrated with business processes. The purpose of this research is to verify how the integration between BPM and SOA can contribute to the promotion of organizational knowledge management. For that, a bibliographical research with qualitative, exploratory and descriptive approach was used. The study evidenced that knowledge management practices contribute positively to the effectiveness of organizational business processes.
