INTEGRATING SUSTAINABILITY AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT: A COMPREHENSIVE ANALYSIS OF TOOLS, METHODS AND STRATEGIES FOR ACHIEVING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

The integration of sustainable and project management seeks to align organizational practices with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study analyzes the common elements between the two approaches and proposes tools for sustainable project management. Through a review of 16 articles, it highlights the adoption of a full life cycle, sustainable business models and adaptive methodologies such as Design Thinking. Key factors include sustainable leadership, agile approaches and balance between economic, social and environmental dimensions. In addition, tools and indicators were identified to assess and promote sustainability in projects. Future research should explore the practical application of these findings in different sectors and the long-term impact on the SDGs.
