Abstract

Digital transformation is a fundamental lever for economic growth. Strongly based on the technological dimension, digital transformation is considered a broad process that permeates all aspects of an organization. This research considered that digital transformation has been widely discussed, however, it lacks specific investigations regarding its dimensions and how they relate to the organizational knowledge sharing process. Through an integrative literature review, the aim of the study is to identify the dimensions of digital transformation that relate to the practice of sharing organizational knowledge. The results were within the reach of 28 dimensions, indicating culture, leadership and engagement as the most prevalent for the effective action of knowledge sharing.
