Abstract

This article aims to discuss the influence of Organizational Learning Governance (GovA) for resilience, which used the framework of Rizzatti (2020) as a reference for analysis. GovA deals with cognitive and behavioral processes, which produce a shared vision among the actors, creating a collective sense and a common purpose. While resilience refers to adaptation and transformation, GovA brings the elements and mechanisms to support these changes. The results point to evidence of mutual influences between GovA and the resilience of complex adaptive systems, especially those linked to socio-ecological systems. It also brings Adaptive Governance and Social Learning as important elements to face complexity.
