Abstract

The new characteristics of digital learners demand a new methodology that develops the skills required by the digital transformation, in order to prepare these digital learners for future work. Based on theoretical bibliographical research, this article aims to present the skills developed in digital learners with the application of the Neo-learning methodology. It was
possible to identify the characteristics of digital learners and the technical, digital and socioemotional skills that need to be developed to meet the formation demands. It is concluded that the learning cycle proposed by the Neo-learning methodology develops the skills required by the society in digital transformation, mainly related to innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship, collaboration and knowledge co-production.
