Abstract

With the great advance of technology, Knowledge Management (KM) has become an important asset for organizations, stimulating the creation of new software, techniques and methodologies in order to manage and disseminate knowledge in organizations. In this context, chatbots arise, which can be defined as a computer program designed to talk to a human being, especially over the internet, being used for data collection. Thus, the aim of this study is to present the results of a questionnaire developed in a chatbot to assess the level of GC maturity in software industry companies. Therefore, a descriptive study of a quantitative nature was designed, in which questionnaires were applied to 50 employees of fifteen small and mediumsized software companies. As a result, it is concluded that individuals understand that knowledge is something useful in their activities, but it is necessary to use KM practices and tools to materialize learning.
