Abstract

When analyzing the articles selected by a systematic review were found problems of information quality. Systematic review articles fulfill the function of providing up-to-date literature and present procedures for replicating them. The quality should be present both in the content of the articles and in the way they are presented. The objective of this work is to analyze the information quality present in the articles by the Product and Service Performance Model for Information Quality (PSP/IQ) and the dimensions of information quality. The results showed high reuse index of the selected articles and the use of graphic resources to facilitate the understanding of the study results. But lack of clarity in the presentation of the research procedures.

Keywords: information quality; systematic review of literature; quality assessment, PSP/IP model.
