Abstract

Entrepreneurship and intellectual capital have stood out as a research topic, mainly due to the exponential growth of new technology-based businesses, such as startups. For the development of these companies, it is necessary to analyze and enhance their intellectual capital, with measurable methodologies and indicators. By observing this scenario and carrying out a literature review, this article presents the following general objective: to present a model for analyzing the maturity of the intellectual capital of incubated startups. The methodological procedure involves a review of the literature in the Scopus database, information on the application of Machado's theoretical model (2014) was also confirmed. Among the results is that the success of an incubated startup depends on several factors, one of which is intellectual capital, composed of the human, structural and relational dimensions.
