Abstract

This article aims to understand the adoption of Knowledge Management practices and Digital Transformation in organizations during the crisis period caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The empirical research has a qualitative approach, the descriptive analyzes were carried out with managers of Brazilian organizations from different sectors of the economy. The collected data indicate that the use of digital tools associated with the adoption and/or intensification of Knowledge Management practices help in facing the phases identified as Confusion, Understanding, Adaptation and New Normal, thus accelerating the process of Digital Transformation and contributing to adaptation of organizational strategies.
