Abstract

This article introduces COOISO, a conceptual model integrating collaboration, open innovation, strategy, and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) to foster innovation in organizations. Through an integrative literature review, it explores synergies among these elements and proposes a framework for effective innovation management. The COOISO model emphasizes clear goal-setting, strategic planning, and teamwork to achieve organizational objectives. The problem is the challenge organizations face in effectively aligning internal resources with external opportunities amidst rapidly changing business environments. By cultivating a culture of collaboration and adaptability, organizations can navigate complexities, seize opportunities, and sustain long-term success. This approach aligns internal resources with external opportunities, enhancing innovation capabilities and competitive advantage in dynamic business environments.
