The relationship between epistemic structures and organizational culture is complex and bidirectional. Epistemic structures refer to the ways in which knowledge is organized, shared, and utilized within an organization, while organizational culture
encompasses the values, beliefs, and behaviors that characterize an organizational environment. This study aimed to analyze the reciprocal influence between epistemic structures and organizational culture and their impacts on innovation capacity and
organizational knowledge management through a scoping review. The results indicated that the relationship between epistemic structures and organizational culture is dynamic, with each element influencing and being influenced by the other, creating an environment that either fosters or inhibits innovation and knowledge management in organizations
