Abstract

This article explores the role and functioning of the Catarinense Innovation Centers Network, a group of centers working collaboratively to drive economic and technological development in Santa Catarina. The network comprises physical spaces and digital platforms that facilitate connections between universities, businesses, government, and civil society, promoting innovation and sustainable growth. Through quantitative research, the study investigates how managers of these centers share information and perceive their responsibility in the communication flow. The analysis considers the factors influencing the choice of information sources, highlighting the importance of a well-structured ecosystem for the creation and dissemination of knowledge. This work contributes to understanding the dynamics of communication and information within innovation ecosystems, providing valuable insights to enhance collaboration and efficiency within the Catarinense network.
