PRÁTICAS QUE CARACTERIZAM A INOVATIVIDADE ORGANIZACIONAL EM CLUSTER DE EMPRESAS INTERNACIONALIZADAS

Este estudo analisa práticas que caracterizam a inovatividade organizacional em empresas participantes de um cluster. A abordagem de pesquisa adotada é qualitativa, caracterizado como exploratório-descritivo. O método é estudo de caso múltiplo, realizado em 10 empresas vinícolas participantes do cluster Wines of Brasil. Os dados foram coletados por meio de pesquisa documental e de campo, sendo aplicadas entrevistas semiestruturadas. A análise ocorreu por meio da triangulação de dados, utilizando-se da técnica de análise de conteúdo apoiado pelo software Atlas.ti., por meio das categorias teóricas. Os resultados demonstram que a inserção das empesas no cluster, possibilita as empresas promoverem práticas que caracterizam a inovatividade organizacional.

The AUTHOR further declares that the International Congress of Knowledge and Innovation - ciKi is fully authorized to use this article, in whole or in part, edited or complete, in Portuguese and in all other languages, in print, in Electronic means, internet, for commercial purposes or not, including distributing, adapting, creating derivative works, assigning rights to third parties in Brazil and / or abroad, including but not limited to: teaching, study and research; publication and dissemination; quote; use in general telecommunication means; audiovisual use in general, including all existing or future digital technologies, capable of storing and reproducing data.
