MATURIDADE DE STARTUPS INCUBADAS SOB A PERSPECTIVA DO CAPITAL INTELECTUAL

Este estudo objetiva analisar a maturidade de startups incubadas a partir do capital intelectual. Por meio de delineamento não experimental, pesquisa qualitativa, pesquisa de campo, instrumento questionário e técnica de análise do modelo de maturidade da startup a partir do capital intelectual, delimitou-se a população de startups incubadas, isto é, hospedadas em incubadoras. A escolha das incubadoras e das empresas ocorreu a partir da delimitação geográfica - região sul do Brasil, que é a mais populosa no que se refere ao número de incubadoras. Em seguida, a escolha das incubadoras mais representativas de cada Estado (duas de cada Estado - Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul e Santa Catarina), totalizando a amostra de seis incubadoras. Como principais resultados, identificou-se que as empresas graduadas possuem maior maturidade do capital intelectual. No que se refere aos fatores de maior influência na maturidade, verificou-se primeiramente o capital humano com os fatores conhecimento e experiência do empreendedor; na sequência, o capital estrutural com os fatores processos já otimizados; e, por último, o capital relacional com uma maior quantidade de clientes rentáveis, relacionamentos com fornecedores, alianças estratégicas com outras empresas e órgão de classe e fomento.
