GESTÃO DO CONHECIMENTO E INOVAÇÃO NAS EMPRESAS RESIDENTES EM PARQUES CIENTÍFICOS E TECNOLÓGICOS NO BRASIL

Nos dias atuais os Parques científicos e tecnológicos e as Incubadoras constituem alguns dos principais e mais relevantes ambientes para que as empresas desenvolvam negócios inovadores. Um aspecto importante para que ocorra a inovação nessas empresas é a gestão estratégica do conhecimento organizacional (GC). O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar se e como empresas instaladas em parques tecnológicos brasileiros utilizam os recursos disponibilizados no parque (condições proporcionadas pelos parques) e realizam gestão estratégica do conhecimento e inovação (de produto/serviço, de processo, de marketing e organizacional). Para alcançar este objetivo foi adotado um método de pesquisa quantitativa (survey) com empresas que estão instaladas nesses ambientes. Foram contatadas via e-mail e telefone 1390 empresas e um total de 242 empresas instaladas em Parques/Incubadoras participou deste estudo. Inicialmente as respostas foram organizadas e codificadas, e a análise dos dados foi realizada por meio de estatística descritiva (frequência, percentual e média). Os principais resultados são: (i) perfil geral das empresas; (ii) características gerais dos parques, tais como condições de infraestrutura e serviços de apoio; (iii) gestão estratégica do conhecimento; e (iv) inovação realizadas pelas empresas.

With this assignment and transfer of the patrimonial rights referring to the author's right, the International Congress of Knowledge and Innovation - ciKi and its successors are free of any copyright payment to the AUTHOR or to their heirs or successors.
The AUTHOR further declares that the International Congress of Knowledge and Innovation - ciKi is fully authorized to use this article, in whole or in part, edited or complete, in Portuguese and in all other languages, in print, in Electronic means, internet, for commercial purposes or not, including distributing, adapting, creating derivative works, assigning rights to third parties in Brazil and / or abroad, including but not limited to: teaching, study and research; publication and dissemination; quote; use in general telecommunication means; audiovisual use in general, including all existing or future digital technologies, capable of storing and reproducing data.
