Abstract

Recently, organizational learning has been extended at the network level. In terms such as network learning, learning network, and inter-organizational learning emerge in the literature, and polysemies are identified in several publications on the subject. The objective of the article is to present the differentiation among such terms based on an integrative literature review. As a result, it was concluded that the constructs can be similar in lexical forms (network learning and learning network) or in associational forms (ex.: interorganizational learning), however, they present different meanings and therefore are different constructs. Additionally, network learning as a new construct is presented, highlighting its relevance as a subject to be explored in organizational management research when changes in a whole market sector are required.
