Abstract

The complex changes brought about by Digital Transformation spur organizations to go digital to survive and be competitive. Some of these institutions have difficulty keeping up with the new digital reality. As an opportunity to overcome these difficulties comes the possibility of looking at strategic resources that already have, among them the knowledge, and manage it through practices. The purpose of this paper is to understand how knowledge management practices can contribute to digital transformation. To achieve this goal, the methodology consists of a literature review. From the selected articles, it is clear that the studies in evidence are more focused on practices related to information technology, but the other practices also reinforce their relationship with digital transformation.
