WHO HAS COMPETENCE TO DO - YOU OR ME? A PROPOSAL FOR A RESEARCH AGENDA FOR E-GOV SERVICES CO-PRODUCTION

This study presents a systematic review of the literature on citizens' competencies in the co-production of public services using e-government platforms, aiming to formulate a research agenda capable of contributing to further studies on this subject. We carefully analyzed the textual corpus of 24 articles with the VosViwer software. The textual analysis allowed the construction of a mind map based on the authors who researched the proposed theme. Thus, it was possible to identify that, so far, no studies have been recognized or conducted to describe the competences of citizens in the co-production of public services through e-government platforms. Therefore, there was a theoretical gap that allowed the elaboration of an agenda proposal capable of promoting new studies focused on the analysis of citizens' competences when performing the services co-produced with the government using the e-Gov platforms.

The AUTHOR further declares that the International Congress of Knowledge and Innovation - ciKi is fully authorized to use this article, in whole or in part, edited or complete, in Portuguese and in all other languages, in print, in Electronic means, internet, for commercial purposes or not, including distributing, adapting, creating derivative works, assigning rights to third parties in Brazil and / or abroad, including but not limited to: teaching, study and research; publication and dissemination; quote; use in general telecommunication means; audiovisual use in general, including all existing or future digital technologies, capable of storing and reproducing data.
